Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join a law firm downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents, agreements, and correspondence, including PDF manipulation and electronic filing with state, federal, and appellate courts nationwide.
- Handle court docketing, including scheduling orders, briefing schedules, and litigation deadlines.
- Maintain electronic and physical client files, pleadings, and indices.
- Review and finalize attorney and paralegal time entries and manage client invoicing.
- Provide administrative support such as calendar management, scheduling meetings and depositions, and handling correspondence.
- Deliver responsive and professional service to clients, attorneys, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of litigation legal administrative experience in a law firm preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
- Professional demeanor, dependability, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
